摘  要:国家会展中心(天津)一、二期屋面工程设计为高强铝镁锰节能金属屋面系统,结合类似屋面工程施工及维护阶段发现的问题,对本工程特点进行重难点分析和辨识,该项目整体屋面造型多、实施难度大、操作空间受限,整体节能和防渗漏功能保障性要求高。综合考虑整体金属屋面系统从标准节点到特殊部位节点的设计进行全面深化和处理,整理并完善现场管控措施,通过创新中空式构造、底板吊挂安装技术、装配式安装等,使大面积金属屋面安装形成标准化、流水化施工,同时实现整体屋面系统节能和防渗漏双目标。The phase I and phase II of the roofing engineering design of National Convention and Exhibition Center(Tianjin) is a high-strength metallic roofing system made up of aluminum, magnesium and manganese. Combined with similar roof problems found during roof construction and maintenance phases, difficult point analysis and identification of the engineering characteristics of is conducted in this paper accordingly. The overall roof shape of his project which is large in number, quite limited in operation space and has high overall protection requirements of energy saving and leakage-proof function, is rather difficult to implement. Considering the overall metallic roofing system, the standardized and streamline construction of large metal roofing installation came into being with comprehensive deepening and processing from the design of standard node to the node of specific parts, re-organizing and optimizing control measures, through the innovation of the hollow structure, hanging installation technology of bottom plates, prefabricated installation, etc. Meanwhile, the targets of ensuring the energy saving and leakage-proof of the overall roof system are realized.
