摘  要:青藏铁路沿线的房建工程相比青藏高原地区民用建筑、工业建筑、其他地区铁路建筑,建设气候更加恶劣、位置更加偏远、病害产生频次更高、病害程度更大。通过针对性调研青藏铁路沿线房建工程,从实际问题出发,研究病害形成机制,提出整治措施,阐明高原环境条件下,青藏铁路房建工程主要病害形成过程及演化机制,有效控制高原气候环境下房建工程病害,并对青藏铁路房屋设备耐久性、可靠性进行评价,提出针对性的维修养护措施,以保持青藏铁路高质量运营。The construction of civil buildings along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, compared with civil buildings, industrial buildings in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Region and railway buildings of other regions, is characterized by worse climate, more remote distance, and higher frequency and degree of diseases. Through targeted investigation of housing construction projects along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, starting from actual engineering problems to disease formation mechanisms, and then to improvement measures, this paper expounds the formation process and evolution mechanism of main diseases of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway housing construction project under the plateau environment conditions, and puts forward treatment measures to effectively control these engineering diseases. Both the durability and the reliability of the housing equipment along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway have been evaluated. Thus, the workload of maintenance can be reduced, and the high-quality operation of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway can be maintained.
