叠合加固预制空心板界面粘结性能试验研究

摘  要:预制空心板空心率大,板顶混凝土厚度小,无法使用常规界面处理方法对其进行叠合加固。对9组混凝土推出试件(共27个试件)进行新旧混凝土界面剪切试验,研究几种界面处理措施下预制空心板叠合界面的粘结性能,同时研究尼龙锚栓应用于预制空心板叠合加固的可行性。结果表明,人工凿毛并辅以尼龙膨胀锚栓的界面处理措施可以满足叠合界面的规范要求,但是尼龙锚栓单独承受剪切作用时效果不佳。Conventional interface treatment cannot be used in strengthening precast hollow slabs with concrete laminate layer because of its characteristics of high void ratio and thin concrete layer on the slab top. The interface shear test of new and old concrete of 9 groups of push-out specimens(27 specimens) was carried out, and investigated the bonding performance of the composite interface of precast hollow slab based on interface treatment measures. At the same time, the feasibility of nylon anchor bolt applied to the composite reinforcement was discussed. The results show that the interface treatment measures of artificial chiseling and nylon expansion anchor bolt can meet the standard requirements of the composite interface, however the effect of nylon anchor bolt under shear alone is unsatisfactory.
