摘 要:以某型船用立式离心泵为研究对象,基于ANSYS CFX软件计算离心泵内部流场的压力脉动,搭建试验台架,进行外特性试验,验证流场计算结果的可靠性并分析离心泵的压力脉动特性。在此基础上,基于ANSYS Workbench软件计算离心泵系统在弹性和刚性安装状态下的模态;考虑作用在泵体上的流体压力、泵自身的重力和叶轮旋转产生的离心力所造成的预应力,继而分析离心泵在不同工况下的模态。结果表明:非定常流场计算得到的性能参数与试验结果更为接近,定常流场计算得到的性能参数与试验结果偏差较大;不同工况下,离心泵压力脉动的峰值频率均以轴频和叶频的倍频为主;弹性安装会降低离心泵系统的固有频率,预应力作用对离心泵系统的固有频率影响不大。研究成果可为船用立式离心泵的减振降噪提供参考。A marine vertical centrifugal pump was used as the research object.Based on ANSYS CFX software,pressure pulsation of the internal flow field of the centrifugal pump was calculated.The test bench was set up to carry out external characteristics test.The reliability of the results of the flow field calculation was verified and pressure pulsation characteristics of centrifugal pump were analyzed.On this basis,the modal of the centrifugal pump system in elastic and rigid installation state was calculated based on ANSYS Workbench software.Considering the prestress caused by fluid pressure on pump body,the gravity of pump and the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller,the modal was then analyzed when the centrifugal pump was under different operating conditions.The experimental results show that performance parameters obtained by the adversary normal flow field are closer to the test results and performance parameters calculated by the fixed normal flow field are more biased from the test results.Under different operating conditions,the peak frequency of centrifugal pump pressure pulsation is dominated by the shaft frequency and the octave of the blade passing frequency.The elastic installation will reduce the natural frequency of the centrifugal pump system,and the effect of prestress has little effect on the natural frequency of the centrifugal pump system.The research results can provide reference for reducing the vibration and noise of marine vertical centrifugal pumps.
