摘　　要：由于欧盟在2019年底发布了新版生态设计指令,照明行业目前正处于一个过渡阶段。该法规于2021年9月生效。大约二十年前的照明规划相当简单,主要包括安装灯泡和荧光灯管,使光适当分布,抑制眩光并确保其他性能正常工作。然而,新千年发光二极管(LED)的大量使用标志着这个舒适但低效的照明时代的结束,照明规划变得更加复杂。The lighting industry is currently in a transition phase that started with the entry into force of the new Ecodesign Directive at the end of 2019.It took effect from September 2021.Until around two decades ago,the field of light planning was fairly straightforward.It essentially encompassed installing light bulbs and fluorescent tubes with suitable light distribution and ensuring glare suppression and other properties.
