摘 要:有机溶剂纳滤(OSN)在工业生产中作用突出,对于具有溶剂稳定性的聚酰亚胺(PI)纳滤膜的研究备受关注。对非溶剂致相分离法(NIPS)制备PI基膜,以PI基膜制备不同结构类型的OSN膜:具有致密皮层整体非对称型膜(ISA)、薄层复合膜(TFC)和混合基质膜(MMMs)进行概述,分别讨论了膜制备过程、成膜机理以及成膜参数对其结构和性能的影响。对于目前商品化的PI基OSN膜在石油化工行业、制药行业、食品加工等领域的应用进行分析,旨在为OSN膜在商用领域的推广提供应用支持。Organic solvent nanofiltration(OSN)have been increasingly demonstrated to serve as excellent media for the industrial manufacture,therefore,the polyimide(PI)nanofiltration membrane has gained extensive interest due to its solvent stability.The preparation of PI-based membrane by non-solvent induced phase separation method(NIPS),these PI-based OSN membrane with different structures,which including immersion precipitation phase transfer for the integrally asymmetric membrane(ISA),interfacial polymerization for thin composite membranes(TFC)and mixed matrix membranes(MMMs)were reviewed.Membrane-forming process,film-forming mechanism and the effect of membrane forming parameters on its structure and performance were discussed,respectively.The PI-based commercial OSN membranes applied in petrochemical,pharmaceutical,food processing and other industries were analyzed.Intending to provide a support for application and promotion of OSN membranes in commercial field.
