摘 要:提出了一种纤维复合改性方法来提高芳纶纤维与复合材料基体间的界面强度。首先用环境友好的热氧化法预处理芳纶纤维,有效地去除纤维表面杂质与涂覆层,同时活化纤维表面基团;然后使用氯化锂(LiCl)水醇溶液对芳纶纤维表面进行络合处理。对处理后的芳纶纤维表面的化学组成、微观形貌、单丝拉伸强度及芳纶纤维/丁苯橡胶复合材料的力学性能和动态机械性能进行了测试分析。结果表明:芳纶纤维经过复合的表面改性后,结晶度降低,表面粗糙度增大,表面被活化,其与橡胶基体的界面粘结性能得到改善。The composite modification method was proposed to improve the interface strength between aramid fiber and composite matrix.Firstly,environmentally friendly thermal oxidation was used to pretreatment aramid fiber,which can effectively remove the surface impurities and coating layer,and activated the surface groups of the fiber.Then,the surface of the aramid fiber was complexed with lithium chloride(LiCl)water alcohol solution,and the chemical composition,micromorphology,tensile strength of single filament,mechanical properties and dynamic mechanical properties of the aramid fiber/SBR composite were tested and analyzed.The results shown that the crystallinity of aramid fiber was reduced,the surface roughness was increased,the surface was activated,and the interface bonding property between aramid fiber and rubber matrix was improved.
