摘 要:大麻纤维(HF)质轻价廉,具有生物可降解性,有助于绿色环保型材料的发展,分别通过硅烷偶联剂(KH550和KH570)、胶乳浸渍、多巴胺(PDA)等材料对HF进行改性,制备HF/SBR复合材料。采用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、光电子能谱(XPS)等表征方式验证HF的改性效果,发现改性后力学性能增强,拉伸强度从仅用碱处理时的17.51MPa分别增加到22.63、20.73、24.25、20.59MPa。其中胶乳浸渍改性力学性能提升最显著,拉伸强度提高38%、断裂伸长率提高71%、撕裂强度提高22%,压缩疲劳温升分别降低18.7%、20%、25.8%、29.5%。Hemp fiber(HF) is light, cheap and biodegradable, which is conducive to the development of green and environment-friendly materials.HF was modified by KH550,KH570,latex impregnation, dopamine and other materials and methods, respectively, and prepared HF/styrene butadiene rubber(SBR) composite materials.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM),photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and other characterization methods verified the modification effect of HF.It was found that the mechanical properties were enhanced after modification.The tensile strength increased from 17.51 MPa with alkali alone to 22.63,20.73,24.25 and 20.59 MPa, respectively.Among them, the mechanical properties of latex impregnated modification were improved most significantly, with the tensile strength increased by 38%,elongation at break increased by 71% and tear strength increased by 22%.the temperature rise of compression fatigue was reduced by 18.7%,20%,25.8% and 29.5% respectively.
