摘  要:通过物理混合的方法制备了不同百分比含量的三氨基三硝基苯/高氯酸铵(TATB/AP)混合体系。使用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测量了各混合体系的热分解过程,并计算出相应的热动力学参数,评估了TATB/AP混合体系的热分解性能。结果表明:在TATB中加入AP后,混合体系的分解峰温降低,热释放量增加,且体系的反应活化能升高。当AP含量为30%时,体系的热分解峰温相较于TATB降低43.1℃,热释放量增加了1310J/g,热分解性能提高。反应活化能增加38.6kJ/mol,热安定性增强。The TATB/AP(1,3,5-triamino-2,4,6-trinitrobenzene/ammonium perchlorate)mixed system with different percentage content was prepared by physical mixing method.The thermal decomposition process of the system was measured by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and calculated the corresponding thermodynamic parameters to evaluate the thermal decomposition performance.The results showed that the decomposition peak temperature of the system was decreased,the heat release was increased,and the reaction activation energy was increased after AP was added into TATB.Compared with pure TATB,the peak temperature of thermal decomposition was decreased by 43.1℃,the heat release was increased by 1310 J/g.The thermal decomposition performance of the system was improved.The activation energy was increased by 38.6 kJ/mol when the mixed system contained 30%AP.These shown that the thermal decomposition performance and the thermal stability of the system were improved.
