摘  要:采用Pro/ENGINEER软件,绘制三维深角联Kevlar/环氧树脂(EP)装甲材料细观结构模型及弯曲压头模型,利用ANSYS Workbench分析材料在0.5mm弯曲位移载荷作用下材料、纤维和树脂的应力、应变分布情况。结果表明:材料承受弯曲载荷作用时,弯曲压头接触区域,材料最容易发生破坏;纤维起主要承担作用,树脂起辅助承担作用;材料的破坏形式主要为纤维断裂、树脂破碎及纱线与树脂的脱黏。Using Pro/ENGINEER software,the mesoscopic structure model and bending head model of 3 D deep angle joint Kevlar/epoxy resin(EP)armor material were drawed.The stress and strain distribution of the material,fiber and resin under the action of 0.5 mm bending displacement load were analyzed by used ANSYS Workbench.The results shown that when the material was subjected to bending load,the material was most likely to be damaged when the bending indenter contacted the area.The fiber played a major role,and the resin played an auxiliary role.The material damage forms were fiber fracture,resin breakage,and yarn and resin debonding.
