摘  要:宁夏贺兰山沿线由于特殊的地形地貌和气候条件,局部强风时常发生,造成输电线路风害频发。本文以宁夏石嘴山地区为例,根据该地区风区风力等级、环境特征参数,结合输电线路风害故障统计结果,分析不同风害故障类型特征,提出线路设计、验收和运行阶段的风害治理措施。运行效果证明本文所提各类风害治理措施能显著降低输电线路风偏闪络故障及杆塔损坏发生的概率,为输电线路安全稳定运行提供借鉴。Due to the special topography and climate conditions in mountainous areas northwest of Ningxia,there occur local catastrophic strong winds that mostly cause wind-induced flashover of transmission lines.Based on wind force scale,environmental features and other parameters in the wind zone as well as operation and maintenance of transmission lines,this paper instance Shizuishan of Ningxia to propose and apply countermeasures against wind damage.The results show that the proposed countermeasures can significantly reduce the wind-induced flashover fault and tower damage of transmission lines,improve the safe and stable operation level of transmission lines,and can be promoted and applied.
