摘 要:绝缘子污闪是威胁电力系统安全可靠运行的主要因素之一,如何有效检测绝缘子污秽状态成为污闪防治的关键。本文基于搭建的污秽绝缘子放电紫外脉冲检测系统,利用人工气雾室开展了不同污秽分布与空气湿度下陶瓷绝缘子放电紫外脉冲检测与泄漏电流对比实验研究。实验结果表明:直流电压下,不同污秽分布与空气湿度下绝缘子放电紫外脉冲数与泄漏电流具有相似的规律,可采用绝缘子放电紫外脉冲数替代泄漏电流检测污秽绝缘子,实现绝缘子污秽状态的非接触检测与评估;交流电压下,不同污秽分布绝缘子放电紫外脉冲数区别不大,难以通过紫外脉冲检测实现不同污秽分布绝缘子的区分。研究工作为输电线路绝缘子污秽状态非接触检测与评估提供了参考。Insulator pollution flashover is one of the main threats to the safe and reliable operation of power system. How to effectively detect the contamination state of insulators becomes the master key to prevent flashover. Based on a built UV pulse detection system of contaminated insulator discharge,this paper conducts a comparative experiment and research of UV pulse detection and leakage current of porcelain insulators under different contaminant distributions and at different air humidities in an artificial aerosol chamber. The experimental results show that under the condition of DC voltage,the distribution of different filth and the discharge of ultraviolet pulse of insulator under different humidity are similar to that of leakage current. Instead of using leakage current to detect contamination insulators,UV pulse number of insulator discharge can be used to realize non-contact detection and assessment of contamination insulators. Under AC voltage,however,the UV pulse number of insulators with different contaminant distributions differs a little. So,it is difficult to distinguish the different contamination insulators by UV pulse detection. The research provides a reference for the non-contact detection and assessment of contamination status of insulators on transmission lines.
