摘  要:为了解决妊娠母猪精细饲喂需求,试验设计了一种母猪精细饲喂器控制系统,该系统集成了嵌入式实时系统、RS485总线通信、机电控制、网络数据库云服务等功能。母猪精细饲喂器控制系统采用雨刮式下料电机实现精准下料,由云端服务器进行远程参数配置和调控,并运用RS485总线通信技术实现数据同步。结果表明:设计的饲喂器模块,单日下料误差控制在5.00%以内,能够实现精细化饲喂控制;单次下水误差控制在4.00%以内,可以有效实现水料配比,并且该系统运行稳定。说明母猪精细饲喂器控制系统符合妊娠母猪精细饲喂的基本要求,为小型母猪饲养企业提供了一种低成本的可行方案。In order to meet the requirement of fine feeding of pregnant sows,a control system for fine feeding of sows was designed,and the system integrates the functions of embedded real-time system,RS485 bus communication,electromechanicd control,and network datobase cloud service,etc.Sow fine feeder control system adopts wiper type feeding motor to realize precise feeding,remote parameter configuration and regulation by cloud server,and RS485 bus communication technology to realize data synchronization.The results showed that the feeding error of the designed feeder module was controlled within 5.00%in a single day,which could achieve fine feeding control.The single launching error was controlled within 4.00%,which could effectively realize the water-material ratio,and the system operated stably.The results indicated that the sow fine feeder control system met the basic requirements of fine feeding of pregnant sows and provided a feasible scheme with low cost for small sows raising enterprises.
