摘  要:为了便于商品肉鸡饲养方式的科学筛选,试验采用地面平养方式(对照组)和阶梯笼养方式(试验组)饲养肉鸡,对照组按照饲养平面区域平均分为9个采样区域作为9个重复,试验参照对照组在上中下层分别设9个重复(S1~9、Z1~9、X1~9),利用自动环境测定仪对每个重复的主要环境参数温度、湿度、风速及PM2.5、PM10、CO_(2)、NH_(3)浓度进行测定,每个重复采集数据5 min,每隔5 s采集数据1次,统计分析组内和组间环境参数差异,并计算差异倍数。结果表明:在温度、湿度和风速方面,对照组各参数平均值分别为27.46℃、55.38%、0.06 m/s,差异倍数分别为0.09,0.15,2.00;试验组上层各参数平均值分别为26.99℃、50.45%、0.04 m/s,差异倍数分别为0.03,0.38,4.50;试验组中层各参数平均值分别为26.71℃、48.47%、0.07 m/s,差异倍数分别为0.08,0.54,1.71;试验组下层各参数平均值分别为25.96℃、48.45%、0.07 m/s,差异倍数分别为0.13,0.46,2.57。在PM2.5、PM10、CO_(2)、NH_(3)浓度方面,对照组各参数平均值分别为104.42μg/m^(3)、386.47μg/m^(3)、5 381.32 mg/m^(3)、58.12 mg/m^(3),差异倍数分别为0.58,0.13,0.53,0.99;试验组上层各参数平均值分别为220.04μg/m^(3)、433.38μg/m^(3)、5 392.85 mg/m^(3)、9.11 mg/m^(3),差异倍数分别为3.33,2.93,0.74,1.29;试验组中层各参数平均值分别为225.44μg/m^(3)、446.67μg/m^(3)、5 263.13 mg/m^(3)、8.13 mg/m^(3),差异倍数分别为3.01,2.57,0.90,0.54;试验组下层各参数平均值分别为223.22μg/m^(3)、443.27μg/m^(3)、5 142.66 mg/m^(3)、7.49 mg/m^(3),差异倍数分别为2.88,2.36,0.73,0.74。在温度方面,除相对应的重复X1与重复1、重复X2与重复2、重复X5与重复5之间差异不显著(P>0.05)外,其余均差异显著(P<0.05);在湿度方面,除相对应的重复X4与重复4、重复X7与重复7、重复X8与重复8之间差异不显著(P>0.05)外,其余均差异显著(P<0.05);在风速方面,除相对应的重复X1与重复1、重�In order to scientifically screen the feeding mode of commercial broiler, broilers were reared in the ground flat rearing mode(control group) and the ladder cage rearing mode(experimental group). Each group was divided into nine sampling areas according to the feeding plane area on average as nine replicates. The experiment was set up with nine replications(S1-9、Z1-9、X1-9) in the upper, middle and lower levels, respectively, with reference to the control group. The main environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity, wind speed, PM2.5, PM10, CO_(2)and NH_(3)in each replicate were measured by automatic environmental measuring instruments. Data were collected for five min in each replicate and once every five seconds. The differences of environmental parameters within and between groups were statistically analyzed, and the fold changes was calculated. The results showed that in terms of temperature, humidity and wind speed, the average values of each parameter in the control group were 27.46 ℃, 55.38% and 0.06 m/s, and the fold changes were 0.09, 0.15 and 2.00, respectively. The average values of upper parameters in the experimental group were 26.99 ℃, 50.45% and 0.04 m/s, and the fold changes were 0.03, 0.38 and 4.50, respectively. The average parameters of middle layer in the experimental group were 26.71 ℃, 48.47% and 0.07 m/s, and the fold changes were 0.08, 0.54 and 1.71, respectively. The average values of the lower parameters of the experimental group were 25.96 ℃, 48.45% and 0.07 m/s, and the fold changes were 0.13, 0.46 and 2.57, respectively. In terms of toxic and harmful gases(PM2.5, PM10, CO_(2) and NH_(3)), the average values of each parameter in the control group were 104.42 μg/m^(3), 386.47 μg/m^(3), 5 381.32 mg/m^(3) and 58.12 mg/m^(3), and the fold changes were 0.58, 0.13, 0.53 and 0.99, respectively. The average values of upper parameters in the experimental group were 220.04 μg/m^(3), 433.38 μg/m^(3), 5 392.85 mg/m^(3)and 9.11 mg/m^(3), and the fold changes were 3.33, 2.93
