摘  要:为查明广东省肇庆市某牛蛙养殖场患病牛蛙的致病原及有效的治疗药品,试验取病蛙的肝脏、肾脏、腹水划线培养,分离得到菌株N1和N2,在纯化后通过细菌生理生化和细菌16S rRNA序列分析对其进行鉴定,并进行人工感染试验及药敏试验。结果表明:菌株N1为迟缓爱德华氏菌(Edwardsiella tarda),菌株N2为弗氏柠檬酸杆菌(Citrobacter freundii)。N1与迟缓爱德华氏菌(NR118487.1)、N2与弗氏柠檬酸杆菌(NR117752.1)亲缘关系较近,在同一个进化分支上。迟缓爱德华氏菌对头孢他啶、丁胺卡那霉素、新霉素、米诺环素和多黏菌素B高度敏感;弗氏柠檬酸杆菌仅对头孢他啶高度敏感,对哌拉西林中度敏感,对新霉素、麦迪霉素、复方新诺明等抗菌药物耐药。In order to find out the pathogens of diseased bullfrogs and effective therapeutic drugs in a bullfrog farm in Zhaoqing City,Guangdong Province,in the experiment,the liver,kidney,and ascites of the diseased frogs were obtained for streaking culture,and the strains N1 and N2 were isolated.After purification,it was identified by bacterial physiology and biochemistry and bacterial 16 S rRNA sequence analysis,and artificial infection test and drug susceptibility test were performed.The results showed that the strain N1 was Edwardsiella tarda,and the strain N2 was Citrobacter freundii.Strain N1 was closely related to Edwardsiella tarda(NR118487.1)and strain N2 was closely related to Citrobacter freundii(NR117752.1),they were in the same evolutionary branch.Edwardsiella tarda was highly sensitive to ceftazidime,amikacin,neomycin,minocycline and polymyxin B;Citrobacter freundii was only highly sensitive to ceftazidime,moderately sensitive to piperacillin,and resistant to antibacterial drugs such as neomycin,medemycin,and compound sulfamethoxazole.
