摘 要:为解决现有烘干房远离农产品产地导致其使用率低,未干燥的农特产品在运输过程中易损坏的问题,提出一种可随货车移动、能独立运行的由汽油发电机驱动的热泵干燥系统。为研究系统的技术经济性,建立热泵机组模型、制冷剂充注量模型、物料干燥模型,编写汽油发电机驱动的热泵干燥系统模拟程序,对系统制热性能进行仿真计算。结果表明:通过控制阀门使系统在升温模式和排湿模式间切换,可以精确控制干燥室内的温湿度。当环境温度较高,环境相对湿度较低时,干燥空气的吸湿能力更强。系统冷凝器制热量范围为1.9~3.3 kW,尾气制热量范围为1.5~2.2 kW,利用尾气余热和干燥室出口废气加热空气,可以有效提高能源效率。该研究可为燃油发电机驱动的热泵干燥系统的设计和实际运行提供理论指导。In this study,a heat pump drying system driven by a gasoline generator was proposed to solve the problem of the low utilization rate of the drying room and damage in the process of transportation.In order to investigate the technological economy of the system,the heat pump unit model,the working fluid charge model,the air circulation model,and the physical drying model were established.A simulation program of the heat pump drying system driven by a gasoline generator was coded.Based on the simulation models,the effects of the variation of environmental and operational parameters were investigated.The results showed that the air temperature and relative humidity were controlled accurately by switching the valves.When the ambient temperature is high,and relative humidity is low,the drying air has a higher hygroscopic capacity.The heating capacity of the condenser was 1.9-3.3 kW,the heating capacity of exhaust air was 1.5-2.2 kW.The energy efficiency was increased substantially by utilizing waste heat of exhaust air discharged from the drying chamber and generator.The system can heat up rapidly and recycle waste heat to achieve complementarity with an open-loop heat pump drying system and a closed-loop heat pump drying system.The research can provide theoretical guidance for the design and practical operation of the heat pump drying system driven by a generator.
