摘　　要：髋部骨折是老年患者常见的外伤性疾病,而老年患者通常伴发多种合并症,围手术期并发症的发生率及病死率均较高。术前应对患者进行全面评估,围手术期应全面关注患者的手术时机、术前准备、麻醉镇痛方案及术后康复计划,以优化患者围手术期管理,改善患者预后。文章报道1例老年髋部骨折患者的麻醉与围手术期管理,以期为优化此类患者的麻醉与围手术期管理提供参考。Hip fracture is very common in elderly patients,which is usually accompanied by multiple complications.And patients who have a hip fracture are at substantial risk of major complications and mortalities.Preoperative evaluation and preparation are very important.The wait time before surgery,preoperative preparation,anesthesia and analgesia management,and rehabilitation program are critical to optimize the perioperative management and improve the prognosis of patients.This article reported an elderly patient with a hip fracture to provide a reference for optimizing the anesthesia and perioperative management of these patients.
