摘 要:围手术期FiO2与患者术后手术部位感染(surgical site infection,SSI)、术后肺部并发症(postoperative pulmonary complications,PPCs)息息相关,当前研究结论之间存在较大争议。文章就高浓度吸氧和低浓度吸氧对患者术后SSI、PPCs的影响进行综述,介绍近年来相关国内外研究进展。在肺保护性通气策略理念广为接受的时期,须进一步研究明确围手术期FiO2在肺保护中的作用,以期改善患者预后,促进患者早期康复。Inspired oxygen concentration is closely related to surgical site infection(SSI)and postoperative pulmonary compli⁃cations(PPCs)in perioperative patients after surgery,but the current research conclusions remain controversial.This review summariz⁃es the effects of high⁃concentration and low⁃concentration oxygen inhalation on postoperative SSI and PPCs in patients and introduces both domestic and international relevant research advances in recent years.Although the concept of lung⁃protective ventilation strategy is widely accepted,further research is needed to clarify the role of inspired oxygen concentration in perioperative lung protection for im⁃proving the prognosis of patients and promoting early recovery.
