摘  要:为评估抽水蓄能机组轴系状态,保证机组经济稳定运行,提出一种基于自注意能量熵的抽水蓄能机组轴系劣化评估方法。在集合经验模态分解(EEMD)能量熵的基础上,结合注意力机制,确定每个固有模态函数(IMF)对待评估序列的贡献率,生成新的自注意能量熵,作为衡量机组轴系劣化的指标;结合某抽水蓄能机组轴系实测数据验证,所提能量熵在机组检修前处于峰值,检修后能量熵迅速降至谷值,且在两次检修期间呈现上升趋势,能够较准确反映机组轴系劣化情况;为验证所提能量熵优势,将自注意能量熵与EEMD能量熵比较,结果表明,自注意能量熵在检修期之间的单调性、熵值鲁棒性均优于EEMD能量熵。In order to ensure the stable and healthy operation of pumped storage unit(PSU),this paper evaluated the healthy condition on the shaft system of PSU.We proposed a deterioration evaluation method based on the self-attention energy entropy.Not only obtained the intrinsic mode functions(IMFs)by ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD),but also the contribution rate of IMFs obtained by attention mechanism,so as to generate self-attention energy entropy(SAEE).In order to evaluate the effect of SAEE,we verified with measured data of PSU and compared with EEMD energy entropy.The result shows that the SAEE performs better both on monotonicity between maintenance periods and robustness.SAEE achieves maximum when PSU approaches to maintenance and decreases to minimum rapidly after maintenance,it is able to reflect the deterioration of shaft system precisely.
