摘 要:目的探讨受艾滋病影响儿童中共情反应、感恩水平和亲社会行为之间的关系,分析感恩在共情和亲社会行为之间的中介作用。方法在四川省凉山彝族自治州一所中学通过整群抽样选取350名受艾滋病影响的中学生作为研究对象,采用人际反应指数量表、中文版感恩问卷和亲社会行为倾向量表进行问卷调查。结果受艾滋病影响儿童的共情对亲社会行为具有直接正向预测作用(r=0.514,P<0.001),感恩可正向预测亲社会行为(r=0.482),P<0.001),共情与感恩之间也呈正相关关系(r=0.383,P<0.001)。感恩在受艾滋病影响儿童的共情与亲社会行为间的中介效应有统计学意义。结论感恩在受艾滋病影响儿童共情与亲社会行为之间起部分中介作用,未来对受艾滋病影响儿童的心理辅导工作应该更多关注积极心理和积极行为。Objective To explore the relationship between gratitude reaction and prosocial behavior among children affected by AIDS,and to analyze the mediating effect of gratitude on empathy and prosocial behavior.Methods A total of 350 middle school students affected by AIDS were selected from a middle school in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan province.The questionnaires were used using the interpersonal response index scale,the Chinese version of the gratitude questionnaire,and the prosocial behavior tendency scale.Results Empathy of children affected by AIDS has a direct positive predictive effect on prosocial behavior(r=0.514,P<0.001).Gratitude can positively predict prosocial behavior(r=0.482),P<0.001,and there is a positive correlation between empathy and gratitude(r=0.383,P<0.001).The mediating effect of gratitude on empathy and prosocial behavior among children affected by AIDS is statistically significant.Conclusion Gratitude played a mediating role between empathy and prosocial behavior in children affected by AIDS.In the future,psychological counseling for children affected by AIDS should more focus on positive psychology support and positive behaviors.
