摘　　要：艾滋病具有病情复杂、发病机制多元,病势深重,呈现多脏器、多系统损害的特点。近年来,中医药防治艾滋病取得了一定的成果,但经方在艾滋病诊疗中的应用相对较少。本文基于对经方的认识,通过对经方治疗艾滋病的临床实践进行分析,认为经方在治疗艾滋病中具有广阔的应用前景,并从基础理论运用和临床科研两方面分析经方治疗艾滋病的思路,以期更好地发挥经方治疗艾滋病的特色和优势,提高经方治疗艾滋病的临床水平。AIDS has the characteristics of complex disease,multiple pathogenesis,severe multi-organ,and multisystem damage.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has made some achievements in preventing and treating AIDS.Still,the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of AIDS needs to be expanded.Based on the understanding of Jingfang and through the analysis of its clinical practice in the treatment of AIDS,this paper holds that Jingfang has a broad application prospect in the treatment of AIDS.And analyze the ideas of Jingfang in the treatment of AIDS from two aspects of the application of basic theory and clinical scientific research to give better play to the characteristics and advantages of Jingfang in the treatment of AIDS and improve its clinical level in the treatment of AIDS.
