摘 要:为掌握污泥(SS)和煤泥(CS)协同燃烧的动力学及污染物排放特性,首先采用热重分析仪研究了污泥、煤泥及其混合物的燃烧动力学特性,建立了污泥煤泥协同燃烧实验系统,并研究了污泥煤泥在不同污泥质量分数(0~100%)、温度(800~950℃)和含水率(0~20%)下协同燃烧的污染物(SO_(2)、NO和HCl)排放规律.结果表明:随污泥质量分数增加,混合燃料的着火性能提高,活化能降低,污泥质量分数25%时燃烧特性参数S最高;随污泥质量分数的增加,SO_(2)和NO排放量先增大后降低,HCl排放量增加;随燃烧温度升高,SO_(2)和HCl排放量增加,NO排放量总体呈下降趋势;随含水率增大,SO_(2)和NO排放量下降,HCl排放量增加.实验条件下污泥煤泥协同燃烧最适宜条件为污泥质量分数25%、800℃以及含水率20%.To grasp the kinetics and pollutant emission characteristics of sludge(SS)and coal slime(CS)co-combustion,the basic combustion kinetics characteristics of sludge,coal sludge and their mixture were studied by a thermogravimetric analyzer,and an experimental system of co-combustion of sludge and coal slime was established to study the emission rules of pollutants(SO_(2),NO and HCl)from co-combustion of sludge and coal slime with different sludge mass fractions(0 to 100%),temperatures(800 to 950℃)and moisture contents(0 to 20%).The results show that with the increase of the sludge mass fraction,the ignition performance of the blended fuel is improved and the activation energy is decreased.The combustion characteristic parameter S is the highest when the sludge mass fraction is 25%;with the increase of sludge mass fraction,SO_(2) and NO emissions first increase and then decrease,while HCl emissions increase;with the increase of combustion temperature,the emissions of SO_(2) and HCl increase,while the emissions of NO decrease;with the increase of moisture content,SO_(2) and NO emissions decrease,while HCl emissions increase.Under the experimental conditions,the most suitable conditions for the co-combustion of sludge and coal slime are a sludge mass fraction of 25%,800℃and a moisture content of 20%.
