摘  要:为提升装配式混凝土结构的预制及装配效率,确保连接节点具有良好的受剪性能,提出了一种不出筋预制、免支撑吊装、免胶预压连接混凝土框架结构体系的技术方案,并针对斜缝免胶预压连接节点的受剪性能进行了试验研究.参考规范中的单剪压受剪承载力计算方法,建议了斜缝免胶预压连接节点双剪压受剪承载力的计算与设计方法.结果表明:在表观剪跨比不大于1.54的情况下,竖缝连接节点发生了典型的界面摩擦滑移破坏,而斜缝连接节点则发生了典型的双剪压破坏;界面倾角越大,抗剪承载力越小,且界面极限滑移越大.To improve the efficiency of prefabrication and assembly for precast concrete structure and ensure good shear performance for the assembled joint,a technical scheme for a precast concrete frame structure system was proposed in which the members were precast without exposed reinforcements,installed without bracket and connected by precompression without mortar.The shear performance of the precompressed joint with inclined seam without mortar was experimentally studied.With reference to the calculation method of single-shear-compression shear capacity in the Chinese Code for design of concrete structures,the calculation and design method for double-shear-compression shear capacity of the prestressed joint with inclined seam without mortar were suggested.The results show that when the apparent shear-span ratio is no more than 1.54,the typical friction-slip failure on interface occurs in the vertical seam joints,while the typical double-shear-compression failure occurs in the inclined seam joints.The larger the dip angle of interface is,the smaller the shear capacity is and the larger the ultimate slip of interface is.
