摘 要:为了评估已有基于静力触探试验(CPT)或孔压静力触探试验(CPTU)的桩基竖向承载力计算方法对海上风电大直径开口钢管桩的适用性,基于现场CPTU实测数据,采用文献中5种CPT和5种CPTU桩基竖向承载力计算方法,得到了江苏某海上风电场2根Φ2.0 m大直径开口钢管桩的竖向承载力,并从桩端、桩侧和总承载力3个方面与现场静载试验结果进行了对比分析.结果表明:Nottingham和Schmertmann方法、Unicone、UWA三种方法总承载力计算结果与试验结果相比误差均在20%以内,整体预测效果较可靠,其中Nottingham和Schmertmann方法在桩端、桩侧、总承载力方面与试验结果相差均不超过10%,准确性最高;而Penpile方法显著低估了桩基承载力,总承载力计算结果仅为试验结果的50%左右.该研究可为该地区及相似地质条件下大直径开口钢管桩的竖向承载力计算提供参考.To evaluate the applicability of existing calculation methods for the vertical bearing capacity of the pile foundation based on the cone penetration test(CPT)or the piezocone penetration test(CPTU)to large-diameter open-ended steel pipe piles for offshore wind turbines,based on the measured data of CPTU on site,5 CPT-based methods and 5 CPTU-based methods in literature were used to calculate the vertical bearing capacity of two large-diameter open-ended steel pipe piles with a diameter of 2.0 m in an offshore wind farm in Jiangsu Province.The results were compared with those of the static load test from pile end bearing capacity,pile shaft capacity and total bearing capacity.The results show that the errors of the total bearing capacity calculated by Nottingham and Schmertmann method,Unicone method and UWA(University of Western Australia)method are all less than 20%compared with the test result,which indicates that the overall prediction effects of these methods are relatively reliable.Moreover,the difference between the result of Nottingham and Schmertmann method and the test result in the aspects of pile end,pile shaft and total bearing capacity is less than 10%,indicating that this method has the highest accuracy.However,the Penpile method significantly underestimates the bearing capacity of the pile foundation,and the calculated result of total bearing capacity is only about 50%of the test result.This research provides a reference for the calculation of the vertical bearing capacity of large-diameter open-ended steel pipe piles in this area and other areas under similar geological conditions.
