线上线下融合的健康数据平台收益模型

摘　　要：在医疗信息交换的基础上建立了线上线下融合的健康数据平台价值生成模型,致力于通过由患者提供给平台的健康数据来优化给予患者的远程及直接诊疗服务.平台参与对象包括建立者、医疗服务提供者和患者,通过三者的相互作用发挥健康数据的实际价值,为患者和医疗服务提供者提供便利.该模型运用期望概率模式理论得出并比较了3种情形下的平台预期收益函数,分别为考虑线上服务、线上线下服务融合和针对医疗服务提供者的健康数据共享服务的预期收益.仿真结果显示,考虑线上线下服务的平台预期收益大大高于仅考虑线上服务的平台预期收益,表明线上线下结合的健康数据平台具有长期可持续性.而加入健康数据共享服务的平台收益仅略高于考虑线上线下服务的平台预期收益,说明健康数据共享服务并不能使平台在原有的基础上得到更可观的收益.A value generation model of a health data(HD)platform is established based on health information exchange(HIE),which devotes optimize online and offline diagnosis and treatments for patients through their health data.The participants in the platform include platform founders,healthcare providers(HPs)and patients.The platform fully realizes the real value of health data through the interaction amongst three parties,and provides more convenience for patients and HPs.The model adopts the expectancy theory to obtain and analyze expected return functions of the platform under three scenarios considering online services,online and offline integrated services,and health data sharing services for HPs,separately.The simulation results show that the expected return considering online-and-offline services is considerably higher than that only considering online services,which proves that the online-and-offline interacted health data platform has long-term sustainability.However,the expected return considering health data sharing service is merely somewhat higher than that considering online-and-offline services,so the health data sharing service cannot generate more remarkable profit for the platform on the original basis.
