摘  要:高压电缆户外终端密封不良会导致漏油或终端击穿故障,为了保证户外终端具有良好的密封性能,进行3个方面的理论设计和试验:上下法兰通过O形密封圈进行密封,为了防止密封圈接触空气老化,密封圈外部涂抹硅密封胶;密封部位的绝缘带通过绝缘带与绝缘油相容性试验选择;进行复合套管的内压力试验和品红溶液浸透试验证明其生产工艺和理论计算能保证界面密封。最后证明户外终端具有良好的密封性能。Poor sealing of outdoor termination will lead to oil leakage or terminal breakdown.In order to ensure the well sealing performance of outdoor termination,it proves that the outdoor termination has well sealing performance through three parts of theoretical designs and test verifications:the upper and lower flanges are sealed by O-ring seals.In order to prevent the seals from contacting with the aging of the air,the outer part of the O-ring is coated with silicon sealant.The insulation tape of the sealing part is selected through the compatibility test of the insulation tape and the insulation oil.The internal pressure test and magenta penetration test of the composite hollow insulator prove that its production process and theoretical calculation can ensure the sealing performance of the interface.
