摘　　要：处于潮湿及污染环境中的主变压器套管、输电线路绝缘子等电力设备常会发生污闪放电、泄漏量增大等现象,在检修中使用了PRTV绝缘涂料进行处理,讨论了其重要技术特性及注意事项,并通过相关电气试验方法对使用效果进行了验证。实践研究结果显示,在检修维护工作中合理使用PRTV绝缘涂料能够有效提升500 kV高压电气主设备的运行安全稳定性,并可减少污闪放电等缺陷引发的事故,验证了该材料在一定时期内能够可靠保障电力设备的绝缘性能。Electrical equipment such as main transformer bushings and transmission line insulators in a humid and polluted environment often suffer from flashover discharge and increased leakage.PRTV insulation coating is used for treatment during maintenance.It discusses its important technical characteristics and precautions,and through the relevant electrical test to verify the use effect.The practical research results show that the rational use of PRTV insulating coatings in maintenance work can effectively improve the operation safety and stability of 500 kV high-voltage electrical main equipment.It can also reduce accidents caused by defects such as flashover discharge,which verifies the material to reliably guarantee the insulation performance of electrical equipment within a certain period of time.
