摘  要:为了解栖息地和气候变化对北树鼩(Tupaia belangeri)活动的影响,于2012年8月—2013年7月采用红外相机技术对广西弄岗国家级自然保护区15 hm 2森林动态监测样地及其周边区域内的北树鼩进行监测,采用核密度估计、重叠指数及相对活动强度指数分析其日活动节律及季节性变化规律。结果表明:北树鼩的日活动节律模式属于晨昏活动类型(日活动高峰期:07:00—08:00、16:00—17:00)。不同月份间北树鼩的活动强度指数(t=13.072,d f=11,P<0.001)和旱雨季间的日活动节律重叠指数(Δ=0.83,P<0.01)都存在极显著差异,旱季上午的活动峰值比雨季延迟1 h出现,而下午的活动峰值却比雨季提前1 h出现。雨季的活动时间(11.24±0.68)s长于旱季(9.84±0.58)s。Data on the daily activity rhythm and seasonal variation of northern tree shrews(Tupaia belangeri)were collected by infrared cameras between August 2012 and July 2013 in a 15 hm 2 Forest Dynamics Plot and its surrounding area in Nonggang National Nature Reserve to understand the potential effects of ongoing habitat modification and climate change on their activities.We used kernel density estimation,coefficient of overlap and relative activity intensity index to analyze the relevant monitoring data.The results showed that the northern tree shrews had crepuscular habits(peak period:07:00-08:00 and 16:00-17:00).There were significant differences in monthly relative activity intensity index(t=13.072,d f=11,P<0.001),and significant difference in daily activity rhythm coefficient of overlap index according to seasons(Δ=0.83,P<0.01),the morning peak activity of dry season was delayed one hour than that of rainy season,but was opposite in the afternoon.The activity time in the rainy season(11.24±0.68)s was significantly longer than that in the dry season(9.84±0.58)s.
