摘 要:为了优化人工饲养大壁虎(Gekko gecko)的膳食结构及养殖程序,研究了蝗虫(Locusta migratoria manilensis)、黄粉虫(Tenebrio molitor)、土鳖虫(Eupolyphaga sinensis)及大麦虫(Zophobas morio)4种昆虫饲料对大壁虎生长速度的影响,并通过16S rDNA高通量测序技术比对了大壁虎胃肠道微生物菌群差异及冬眠期与捕食期的大壁虎胃肠道微生物菌群差异。结果表明:饲喂不同昆虫饲料对大壁虎的增重效果不同。单一昆虫饲料组中,蝗虫组对大壁虎的增重效果最佳。饲喂混合昆虫饲料对大壁虎的增重效果优于单一昆虫饲料组。对各组肠道菌群的分析结果显示,Bacteroides菌属为最主要的肠道优势菌群,与大壁虎生长存在一定的关联。冬眠期与捕食期大壁虎肠道菌群结构高度相似,差异最显著的菌群为放线菌门(Actinobacteria),表明冬眠期大壁虎患放线菌病的概率会明显增高,需注意防范。To optimize the dietary structure and breeding procedures of artificially reared Gekko gecko,we investigated the effects of different feeding sources,including Locusta migratoria manilensis,Tenebrio molitor,Eupolyphaga sinensis and Zophobas morio,on the growth rate of Gecko gecko.In addition to that,we compared the differences of gastrointestinal microbiota between hibernating stage and predation stage through 16S rDNA high-throughput sequencing technology.The results showed that group feeding with Locusta migratoria manilensis had a significant weight gain;moreover,individuals feeding with mixed insects had greater weight gain than any other solitary insect feed.16S rDNA sequencing revealed that Bacteroides was the dominant microbiota,which could be associated with the growth of Gecko gecko.The species of microbiota between the hibernation stage and predation stage was highly similar,while Actinobacteria differed significantly between the two stages,suggesting that the probability of suffering from actinomycosis would be significantly increased during hibernation,so that it is important to avoid infection.
