摘　　要：报道了国内圈养羊驼(Vicugna pacos)住肉孢子虫病的确诊病例。诊断的依据是:(1)提示性临床症状,动物机体出现消瘦、贫血症状,临床出现肌肉震颤和神经症状。(2)尸体剖检特征性病变,心冠脂肪萎缩,呈胶冻样变;心包、胸腔有较多积液;食管平滑肌内有多个纺锤形的虫体包囊,呈乳白色,与肌纤维平行。(3)组织病理学特征,镜下食道平滑肌内可见住肉孢子虫包囊、小室及慢殖子;肌纤维出现不同程度的透明变性、萎缩、溶解,间质结缔组织增生。住肉孢子虫属专性异宿主性寄生虫,尚无特效药物,定期查虫驱虫、提高机体抵抗力和严控环境猫狗的流窜是预防本病的关键。This paper reported confirmed cases of Sarcocystis infection in domestic alpaca.Diagnosis was confirmed based upon:(1)Suggestive clinical symptoms:animal body weight loss,anemia symptoms,clinical occurrence of muscle tremor and neurological symptoms.(2)The characteristic pathological changes of autopsy:a gelatinous change in the coronary fat atrophy;loads of fluid accumulated in the pericardium and hest cavity;several fusiform cysts existed in the smooth muscle of the esophagus,which were milky white and parallel to the muscle fibers.(3)Histopathology features:Sarcocystis cysts,locules,and trophozoites could be seen in the esophageal smooth muscle under microscope.The muscle fibers showed varying degrees of hyaline degeneration,atrophy,dissolution and interstitial desmoplasia.Sarcocystis spp.is a specialized heterohost parasite,and there is no specific drug for it.The key to prevent Sarcocystis spp.is to check parasite regularly,to improve the resistance of the organism and to control stray cats and dogs.
