摘　　要：2021年1月18—24日,石首麋鹿国家级自然保护区多头麋鹿(Elaphurus davidianus)死亡。采集组织及粪便样品进行实验室诊断。根据临床症状,组织涂片镜检、病理组织切片观察、细菌分离培养和染色镜检、生化鉴定、细菌16S rDNA和多重PCR鉴定,确诊为A型产气荚膜梭菌(Clostridium perfringens)感染,并根据诊断和药敏试验结果,给出相应的防治建议。On January 18-24,2021,there were successive deaths of elk(Elaphurus davidianus)in National Natural Reserve of Elk in Shishou.Tissue and stool samples were collected for laboratory diagnosis.Through clinical symptoms,tissue smear microscopy,pathological tissue section observation,bacterial isolation and culture,and staining microscopy,biochemical identification,bacterial 16S rDNA and multiplex PCR identification,type A Clostridium perfringens infection was diagnosed.Based on the diagnosis results,corresponding prevention and treatment suggestions are informed.
