摘 要:飞行疲劳是影响航空安全的重要因素,为使机组在值勤期内保持良好的警觉性水平,民航规章对机组成员的飞行值勤时长做出限制规定。为探究规章对飞行值勤期限制的科学性及值勤前休息模式的合理性,引用SAFTE模型分析非扩编机组在不同报到时间值勤期内的警觉性水平及波动程度,对模型仿真结果得出结论:日间报到值勤期内的警觉性水平明显高于夜间,上午的警觉性波动程度要明显小于下午的警觉性波动程度;CCAR-121(R6)关于值勤期的限制规定较CCAR-121(R4)整体更加优化,FAR117部夜间报到的值勤期限制优于CCAR-121(R6);值勤两小时前补充8小时的睡眠更能保证机组在飞行值勤期内的警觉性水平,避免疲劳产生和积累。Flight fatigue is an important factor affecting aviation safety.In order to maintain a good level of alertness during the flight duty period,civil aviation regulations limit the flight duty period of the crew members.To explore the scientificity of the regulation on flight duty period limitation and the rationality of the rest mode before duty,using SAFTE model to analyze the alertness level and fluctuation degree of unaugmented flight crew during different duty periods,and the conclusions were drawn from the simulation results of the model that daytime alertness level obviously is higher than at night,morning alertness fluctuations significantly less than the afternoon alertness fluctuations;The duty period limit of CCAR-121(R6)is better than that of CCAR-121(R4),and the duty period limit of FAR117 for night reporting is better than that of CCAR-121(R6).Supplementation of 8 hours sleep before two hours on duty can better ensure the crew's alertness during the flight duty period and avoid the generation and accumulation of fatigue.
