摘　　要：目的调查分析深圳市南山区2017—2020年医疗机构口腔治疗用水污染状况,为制订针对性控制措施提供依据。方法现场采集辖区内综合性医院口腔科和个体口腔诊所综合治疗台的治疗用水,进行细菌菌落总数、大肠埃希菌、耐热大肠菌群三项指标的检测,统计分析其污染状况。结果262份水样均未检出大肠埃希菌、耐热大肠菌群,但其中50份(19.08%)细菌菌落总数超标。不同年份、不同类别医疗机构、不同类型口腔治疗用水污染率差异具有统计学意义,2018年(29.73%)、个体口腔诊所(25.71%)、手机水(28.42%)污染较为严重。结论深圳市南山区医疗机构口腔治疗用水细菌菌落总数超标,个体口腔诊所的口腔治疗用水污染较严重,相关部门应强化从业人员专业培训和针对性监督检查力度。Objective To investigate and analyze the oral treatment water pollution in medical institutions in Nanshan district of Shenzhen from 2017 to 2020,and to provide a basis for formulating targeted control measures.Methods The treatment water of dental chair unit of the general hospital and individual dental clinics in the jurisdiction was collected on-site,and the total number of bacterial colonies,Escherichia coli,and thermotolerant coliforms as three indicators were tested to statistically analyze the pollution status.Results Escherichia coli and thermotolerant coliforms were not detected in 262 water samples,but 50 of them(19.08%)had a total number of bacterial colonies exceeding the standard.The pollution was more serious in 2018(29.73%),in individual dental clinics(25.71%),and in water from handpiece(28.42%),and the differences of pollution rates in different years,different types of medical institutions and different types of oral treatment water were statistically significant.Conclusion The total number of bacterial colonies in the oral treatment water of medical institutions in Nanshan District of Shenzhen exceeds the standard,and the oral treatment water pollution in individual dental clinics is serious.The relevant departments should strengthen professional training of practitioners and targeted supervision and inspection.
