摘　　要：目的了解新疆生产建设兵团系统医疗机构医院感染管理现状,提出改进建议。方法通过问卷调查方法,对新疆生产建设兵团系统内所有三级和二级医院的医院感染管理工作情况进行调查。结果共调查46家医院,三级医院占19.57%。多数医院设有医院感染管理委员会,三级医院感染管理专职人员外出培训机会多,目标性监测开展更全面,信息化建设更完善。结论新疆生产建设兵团医院感染管理组织健全,但人才队伍发展不均衡,医院信息化建设有待加强。Objective To understand the status quo of nosocomial infection management in medical institutions of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps,and to propose improvements.Methods Through the questionnaire survey method,the status of nosocomial infection management in all tertiary and secondary hospitals in Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps system was investigated.Results A total of 46 hospitals were surveyed,and tertiary hospitals accounted for 19.57%.Most hospitals had nosocomial infection management committees.In tertiary hospitals,there were many opportunities of out-of-home training for infection management professionals,targeted monitoring was more comprehensive,and information construction was more complete.Conclusion The nosocomial infection management organization of Xinjiang production and Construction Corps is robust,but the development of the talent team is uneven,and the hospital information construction needs to be strengthened.
