摘　　要：目的研究胃癌根治术手术部位感染的危险因素并建立风险预测模型。方法通过回顾性调查方法,对某医院行胃癌根治术患者术后手术部位感染危险因素进行分析,并建立感染预测模型。结果共分析胃癌根治术患者906例,术后手术部位感染发生率为14.9%。多因素分析结果显示,年龄≥60岁、手术时间≥240 min、全胃切除、引流管数≥2个等因素为胃癌根治术手术部位感染独立的危险因素。建立的预测模型C指数为0.745。结论该医院行胃癌根治术患者手术部位感染独立的危险因素较明确,所建立的预测模型具有较好预测能力,可运用该预测模型识别高危个体,有针对性地进行防控。Objective To analyze the risk factors of surgical site infection after radical resection of gastric cancer and establish a risk prediction model.Methods Through retrospective investigation,risk factors of surgical site infection in patients undergoing radical resection of gastric cancer in a hospital were analyzed,and an infection prediction model was established.Results A total of 906 patients undergoing radical resection of gastric cancer were analyzed,and the incidence of postoperative site infection was 14.9%.The results of multivariate analysis showed that age≥60 years,operation time≥240 min,total gastrectomy,number of drainage tubes≥2 were independent risk factors for surgical site infection after radical resection of gastric cancer.The C index of the established prediction model was 0.745.Conclusion The independent risk factors of surgical site infection in patients undergoing radical resection of gastric cancer in this hospital are relatively clear.The established predictive model has good predictive ability.The predictive model can be used to identify high-risk individuals and prevent and control them in a targeted manner.
