摘  要:为促进安徽省高速公路自动气象监测站建设的科学化、标准化和规范化,本文分析了安徽省高速的实际路况和常见的恶劣气象条件发生情况,在全面调查梳理和分析现行的恶劣天气自动气象监测站建设相关的国家标准、行业标准和地方标准的基础上,探索建立了适合安徽省高速公路的自动气象监测站的布点选址、设备技术、建设安装与工程质量管理的一般原则,研究了观测项目设置、监测站的技术要求、站点建设等相关标准内容。指导和规范安徽省高速公路恶劣气象条件监测站的建设,确保建设质量。提升高速公路交通气象灾害的预报预警能力和应急处置能力,最大幅度减少因恶劣天气导致的交通事故的概率。In order to promote the scientific,standardized construction of automatic weather monitoring stations for expressways in Anhui province,this paper analyzes the actual conditions of expressways and common severe weather conditions in Anhui province.On the basis of national standards,sectoral standards and local standards related to the construction of meteorological monitoring stations,the paper puts forward the general principles of site selection,equipment technology,construction and installation and engineering quality management of automatic meteorological monitoring stations suitable for expressways in Anhui province,and introduces relevant standard contents such as the setting of observation projects,the technical requirements of monitoring stations,and the construction of stations.It can guide the standardized construction of monitoring stations for severe weather conditions on expressways in Anhui province to ensure the quality of construction,improve the forecast,early warning and emergency response for highway traffic meteorological disasters,and minimize traffic accidents caused by bad weather.
