摘　　要：以镥元素为内标,建立了一种电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)内标法同时测定有机肥料中砷、汞等11种有毒有害元素的检测方法。实验结果表明,11种元素在0~2.00mg/L范围内标准曲线的相关系数均大于0.9999,线性良好,RSD范围在3.53%~14.76%之间,回收率在80.30%~119.24%之间,方法易于操作,精密度和准确度高,能够快速有效地检测出有机肥料中11种有毒有害元素。Using lutetium as the internal standard,an ICP-OES internal standard method is established to simultaneously determine 11 toxic and harmful elements in organic fertilizers,such as arsenic and mercury.The experimental results show that the correlation coefficients of the standard curve in 0-2.00 mg/L of the 11 elements are greater than 0.9999 with good linearity,the RSD range is between 3.53% and 14.76%,and the recovery rate is between 80.30% and 119.24%.The method is simple with high precision and accuracy,and can quickly and effectively detect 11 toxic and harmful elements in organic fertilizers.
