摘　　要：目的了解四川省阿坝县某贫困乡藏族小学生的健康状况,为学校教育、健康扶贫提供切实可行的参考依据。方法收集2020-09阿坝县垮沙乡藏族小学校的6~12岁学生体检数据,包括血压、心率、身高、体重、口腔、内科、外科、肝胆彩超等项目,使用Excel 2007软件进行数据录入与整理,使用SPSS 25.0软件进行数据分析,计量资料采用t检验,分类资料采用χ^(2)检验。结果收集记录201份,男生99人、女生102人。男女身高、血压在各年龄段未见明显差异(P均<0.05);男女体重比较,男生分别在6岁、7岁、9岁高于女生(P均<0.05),在11岁低于女生(P<0.05),其他年龄段两者未见差异;男女心率比较,6岁、7岁年龄段因记录有缺失不纳入统计,男生在10岁小于女生(P<0.05),其他年龄段未见有差异(P均>0.05)。营养不良检出率13.9%。常见病中,龋齿检出率72.1%,肝内钙化点检出率38.8%,皮肤疣检出率9.0%。结论该地区小学生营养状况亟待改善,常见病问题也较为突出,特点鲜明,与当地生活环境、饮食习惯和村民健康观念密切相关。Objective To understand the health status of Tibetan primary school students in a povertystricken township in Aba County,so as to provide reference for school education and medical assistance.Methods Physical examination data of students aged 6 to 12 years in Kuasha Township of Aba County Tibetan primary school in september 2020 were collected.Excel 2007 was used for data entry and sorting,and SPSS 25.0 software was used for data analysis.The independent sample t test and theχ^(2) test was performed.Results Totally,201 records were collected,including 99 boys and 102 girls.There were no significant differences in height and blood pressure between boys and girls at different ages(all P<0.05).The body weight of boys were higher than those of girls at 6,7 and 9 years(all P<0.05),but lower than thpse of girls at 11 years(P<0.05).The heart rates of age group of 6 and 7 years were not included in the statistics due to missing records.The heart rates of males were lower than those of females in the 10 years(P<0.05),and there was no difference in other age groups(all P>0.05).The detection rates of malnutrition,dental caries,calcification in liver and skin warts were 13.9%,72.1%,38.8%,and 9.0%,respectively.Conclusions The nutritional status of primary school students is in urgent need of improvement in this area,and the prevalence rate of common diseases is high,which might be closely related to the local living environment,dietary habits and villagers’health concept.
