摘  要:目的利用功能性近红外光谱成像技术(functional near-infrared spectroscopy,fNIRS)探讨大脑双侧前额叶皮层(prefrontal cortex,PFC)在不同脑力负荷下的激活模式。方法选取本校在校学生34例(男性17例,女性17例),分别进行3种负荷水平的n-back(n=1、2、3)认知记忆任务试验,采用fNIRS检测被试大脑双侧PFC的含氧血红蛋白(HbO_(2))的相对含量和时间特性。结果随着负荷水平的增加,被试任务的正确率显著下降,反应时逐步升高,在1-back时显著低于2-back和3-back,但2-back和3-back之间差异无统计学意义。大脑双侧PFC的激活强度随着负荷水平增加呈现非线性增强,相比于1-back,2-back时左、右侧PFC的激活均增强,特别是右侧PFC激活显著增强(P<0.05),然而3-back时双侧PFC的激活程度与2-back、1-back时差异均无统计学意义。检测fNIRS信号的时间特性发现,左侧PFC在3-back时的血流动力学响应较强。结论fNIRS可以检测到不同脑力负荷下大脑双侧PFC在激活强度和血氧响应模式上均存在差异,随着脑力负荷增加,右侧PFC的功能激活显得较为重要。Objective To investigate the load-dependent activation in bilateral prefrontal cortex(PFC)during working memory tasks by functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS).Methods Thirty-four undergraduates(17 males and 17 females)completed a standard N-back task at 3 load levels(n=1,2,3)while fNIRS data were collected from frontal cortex.Brain activation and relative content of oxygenated hemoglobin(HbO_(2))in left and right prefrontal cortex was calculated respectively.Results As the load level increased,the accuracy was linearly declined and the action time was significantly prolonged in 1-back than in 2-back and 3-back,but there was no significant difference between 2-back and 3-back.Moreover,the activation of bilateral prefrontal cortex showed non-linear growth with the increase of load level.The activation of bilateral prefrontal cortex in 2-back both presented stronger when compared to 1-back,particularly in the right PFC(P<0.05).However,there was no obvious difference in the activation of bilateral prefrontal cortex in 3-back when compared to 2-back and 1-back.The time characters of fNIRS showed that the hemodynamic response of the left prefrontal cortex was stronger in 3-back.Conclusion fNIRS could detect the differences in the activation patterns and blood oxygen response mode of bilateral prefrontal cortex under different mental loads.Right prefrontal cortex plays more important role in higher mental load tasks.
