摘　　要：目的:总结临床中医治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的经验。方法:根据临床情况,对中医治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘病案归纳、总结、分析,总结该病的中医治疗特色。结果:化痰活血法论治咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效显著。结论:在治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘中,应视痰、瘀为首要,灵活运用化痰活血法。Objective:To summarize the experience of treating cough variant asthma(CVA)with TCM.Methods:According to the clinical situation,the cases of cough variant asthma treated by TCM were summarized and analyzed.Results:The method of resolving phlegm and activating blood circulation has significant clinical effect on cough variant asthma.Conclusion:In the treatment of cough variant asthma,phlegm and blood stasis should be regarded as the first priority,and the method of resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation should be applied flexibly.
