二仙汤治疗围绝经期综合征的药理研究进展

摘　　要：围绝经期综合征的发病率逐年上升,现代医学的激素补充疗法(HRT)疗效一般且有不可避免的副作用,中医理论认为此病之本在肾,应当以治肾为主,兼以疏肝、清心、补脾,以二仙汤治疗,疗效显著。现代药理学研究表明,二仙汤能直接作用于下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴,起雌激素样作用,与西药相比副作用小、安全性高,但还需研究以指导应用。本文主要通过对二仙汤在治疗围绝经期综合征过程中单味药及该方的药理作用进行总结梳理,为进一步的研究提供参考。The incidence of perimenopausal syndrome has been on the rise year by year.Hormone replacement therapy(HRT)in western medicine is generally effective and has inevitable side effects.According to TCM theory,the root of this disease lies in the kidney,and it should be mainly treated with kidney,and with the purpose of soothing the liver,clearing the heart and strengthening the spleen,and erxian decoction has a remarkable curative effect.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that erxian decoction can directly act on the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis and play an estrogen-like role.Compared with western medicine,it has less side effects and high safety.However,further research is needed to guide the application.In this paper,the single medicine of erxian decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome and its pharmacological effects were elaborated,so as to provide reference for further study.
