针灸推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病的研究进展

摘　　要：临床骨科疾病领域,颈椎病较为多发和常见,以中老年人为主要发病群体,且近年随着公众生活节奏加快、工作形式改变,患病率逐年上升,并渐趋年轻化,严重威胁生命健康。本病以神经根型颈椎病(CSR)最为多见,由颈椎不稳、颈椎间盘髓核突出至单或双侧神经根受到刺激或压迫所致,临床以同神经根分布区一致的运动、感觉等神经功能出现障碍为主要表现,科学、有效治疗是获得良好预后的关键。本次研究分别从针灸疗法、推拿疗法、针灸与推拿结合疗法对本病治疗的方法进行概括,指导临床应用。In the field of clinical orthopedic diseases,cervical spondylosis is more common and common.It is mainly affected by middle-aged and elderly people.In recent years,as the pace of public life has accelerated,work patterns have changed,and the disease rate has increased year by year,and it is gradually becoming younger,which is a serious threat patient's life and health.The most common disease is cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR),which is caused by instability of the cervical spine and protrusion of the nucleus pulposus of the cervical intervertebral disc to stimulation or compression of one or both nerve roots.Sensory and other neurological disorders are the main manifestations.Scientific and effective treatment is the key to ensure a good prognosis.This study summarized the treatment methods of this disease from acupuncture therapy,massage therapy,acupuncture and massage combined therapy to guide clinical application.
