主流媒体引导下公共事件社会舆情泛化特征分析

摘　　要：【目的/意义】公共事件社会舆论容易造成公众恐慌,主流媒体发挥其引导作用可帮助公众树立正确人生观、价值观。【方法/过程】首先,从公共事件的酝酿、爆发、持续及消减四个阶段分析了公共事件生命周期;然后,从信息传播方式、传播内容、舆论主体等多方面研究了主流媒体引导对公共事件社会舆情的影响;最后,基于公共事件社会舆情的关系泛化、对象泛化、热点泛化等表现形式,对公共事件社会舆情泛化的信息交互的开放性与爆炸性、社会舆情传播的随机性与敏感性、公众发表看点的主观性等特点进行了挖掘。【结果/结论】研究发现主流媒体引导下公共事件社会舆情泛化存在点轴式、跳跃式及传染式三种泛化特征,进而提出可通过控制舆论先机、培养与树立意见领袖、提升社会舆情保障体系、充分发挥主流媒体的权威性及可信性等对公共事件社会舆情进行正面引导的建议。【创新/局限】分析了主流媒体引导下公共事件社会舆情泛化特征并提出相关改进建议,对于有效避免因舆情对社会产生的不利影响,具有一定的借鉴意义。【Purpose/significance】Public events and public opinion can easily cause public panic.The mainstream media can help the public to establish a correct outlook on life and values.【Method/process】First,this article analyzes the life cycle of public events from the four stages of brewing,outbreak,continuation and reduction of public events;Then,it studied the influence of mainstream media guidance on public events and public opinion from various aspects such as information dissemination methods,dissemination content,and public opinion subjects;Finally,based on the generalization of the relationship,the generalization of objects,and the generalization of hotspots in public events,the openness and explosiveness of the information interaction of the generalization of public events,the randomness and sensitivity of the dissemination of social public opinion,the public. The subjectivity and other characteristics of the highlights were explored.【Result/conclusion】 The study found that the generalization of public opinion in public events under the guidance of mainstream media has three generalization characteristics:point-axis,jump and contagion,and then this article proposes that the control of public opinion can be used to cultivate and establish opinion leaders and improve. The social public opinion protection system and the full use of the authority and credibility of mainstream media are suggestions for positively guiding public opinion on public events.【Innovation/limitation】This article analyzes the generalization of public opinion in public events under the guidance of mainstream media and proposes relevant suggestions for improvement.It has certain reference significance for effectively avoiding the adverse effects of public opinion on society.
