《针灸大成》中风池穴的临床应用探析

摘　　要：通过查阅《针灸大成》中关于风池穴的相关文献记载,探讨其临床应用特点。风池穴是足少阳胆经的经穴,手少阳三焦经、阳维脉也在此穴处交会,本穴既有胆经腧穴的共性,又有三焦经、阳维脉的特性,具有疏风解表、温经散寒、醒脑开窍、疏肝解郁、清头目、利五官七窍等功效。临床应用十分广泛,常用于治疗外感疾病、抑郁症、眩晕症、头部病变、五官疾病等。By referring to the relevant records about Fengchi(GB20) in Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,the clinical application characteristics of Fengchi(GB20) were discussed.Fengchi(GB20) is a point of foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian. The triple energizer meridian and Yangwei meridian also intersect at this acupointwhich has both the commonness of the foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian and characteristics of triple energizer meridian and Yangwei meridian.Fengchi(GB20) has the functions of dispelling wind pathogens, warming meridians and expelling cold, resuscitating and enlightening the brain, coursing liver Qi and resolving depression and refreshing five sense organs.Clinical application of Fengchi(GB20) is very extensive, often used in the treatment of exogenous syndrome, depression, vertigo, brain lesions and ENT diseases.
