四君子汤合痛泻要方加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的通过Meta分析系统评价四君子汤合痛泻要方加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的疗效。方法以"四君子汤合痛泻要方""肠易激综合征"为关键词,检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普(VIP)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)并手工检索相关文献。提取文献的相关原始数据,通过Meta分析四君子汤合痛泻要方加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的有效率,用漏斗图评估文献的发表偏倚。结果研究共纳入9篇文献,采用固定效应模型进行总效应值合并,合并OR值为2.687,95%置信区间为2.032~3.551,提示四君子汤合痛泻要方加减治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征优于单纯西医治疗(Z=6.94 P<0.05),漏斗图显示左右基本对称,提示发表偏倚较小。结论四君子汤合痛泻要方加减优于单纯西医治疗,需要更多高质量的大样本、多中心的临床随机对照试验做验证。Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Sijunzi Decoction and Tongxie Yaofang Decoction in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(D-IBS) through Meta-analysis. Methods Sijunzi Decoction and Tongxie Yaofang Decoction and irritable bowel syndrome were used as keywords to search CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, CBM and manually retrieve related literature. The relevant original data of the literature was extracted, and the Meta-analysis on effectiveness of Sijunzi Decoction and Tongxie Yaofang Decoction in the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome was carried out, and the publication bias of the literature was evaluated by funnel Plot. Results Nine articles were selected. The fixed effect model was used to combine the total effect values. The combined OR value was 2.687 and the 95% confidence interval was 2.032-3.551, suggesting that the addition and subtraction of Sijunzi Decoction combined with Tongxie Yaofang in the treatment of diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome was better than that of Western medicine alone(Z=6.94, P<0.05). The funnel diagram showed that the left and right parts were basically symmetrical, suggesting that the publication bias was small. Conclusion Sijunzi Decoction and Tongxie Yaofang are superior to pure western medicine treatment, and more high-quality large sample and multi-center clinical randomized controlled trials are needed for verification.
