穴位按摩联合中药热熨护理对初产妇产后乳胀及母乳喂养率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按摩联合中药热熨护理干预对初产妇产后乳胀及母乳喂养率的影响。方法选择200例初产妇按随机数字表分为对两组,每组100例。对照组常规产后乳房护理,观察组产后乳房穴位按摩联合中药热熨。比较两组产妇产后血清泌乳素分泌水平、泌乳始动时间、乳房胀痛严重程度及母乳喂养率。结果观察组产妇产后泌乳素分泌水平高于对照组,泌乳始动时间快于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组乳房胀痛严重发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组纯母乳喂养率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论穴位按摩联合中药热熨能够减轻初产妇产后乳胀,促进乳汁分泌,有利于提高母乳喂养率。Objective To evaluate the effect ofacupoint massage combined with Chinese herbal medicine hot pressing on postpartum breast distention and breastfeeding.Methods A total of 200 primiparawere divided into the observation group and the control group, 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine postpartum breast care, and the observation group was given acupoint massage combined with Chinese herbal medicine hot pressing. The levels of the proactin secretion in serum, lactation onset time, breast pain severity and breast-feeding rate were compared between the two groups.Results The level of postpartum prolactin secretion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the lactation onset time was faster than that in the control group(P< 0.01);The incidence of severe breast pain in the observation group was, which was significantly lower than in the control group(P<0.01). The breastfeeding rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with Chinese herbal medicine hot pressingcan reduce the postpartum breast distension of primipara, promote the secretion of milk, and improve the breast-feeding rate.
