清肝化瘀汤联合西药治疗高血压病(阴虚阳亢)临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究清肝化瘀汤联合西药治疗高血压病(阴虚阳亢)的临床效果。方法选择医院2017年1月—2020年12月收治的高血压病(Hypertension)病患者100例,根据完全随机法分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者50例,采取常规西药治疗,观察组患者50例,在常规治疗的基础上采取清肝化瘀汤治疗。对患者治疗前和治疗后的血压进行监测,统计分析两组收缩压(sbp)和舒张压(dbp)的差异性。另外,探讨两组的治疗效果,根据临床症状和血压改善情况分为显效、有效和无效。采用中医证候积分量表,对高血压病患者证候程度进行评估。结果治疗后,观察组患者sbp和dbp有较为明显改善,其降低程度与对照组相比(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。观察组患者的中医证候积分小于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。且观察组患者的整体治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论对于高血压病阴虚阳亢证患者而言,采取常规降压药控制,具有一定效果,但部分患者效果并不明显,而在此基础上增加清肝化瘀汤治疗,能够显著的提升疗效,改善患者血压和临床症状,值得推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qinggan Huayu Decoction(清肝化瘀汤)in the treatment of hypertension with Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity.Methods 100 hypertention patients in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were divided into control group and observation group according to the complete random method.50 patients in the control group were treated with routine treatment and 50 patients in observation group.On the basis of routine treatment,Qinggan Huayu decoction was used.The blood pressure of patients before and after treatment was monitored,and the difference between SBP and DBP was statistically analyzed.In addition,the treatment effect of the two groups was divided into significant,effective and ineffective according to clinical symptoms and blood pressure improvement.The syndrome degree of hypertension patients was evaluated by TCM syndrome integral scale.Results After treatment,SBP and DBP in the observation group were significantly improved,and the reduction degree was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.The overall treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion For patients with hypertension with Yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,the conventional antihypertensive drugs control has certain effect,but some patients have no obvious effect.On this basis,the treatment of Qinggan Huayu Decoction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,improve the blood pressure and the symptoms of bed,which is worth promoting.
