中医情志护理用于逐水散穴位贴敷合艾灸治疗癌性胸腹水护理中的作用

摘　　要：目的通过对癌性胸腹水患者采取中医情志护理用于逐水散穴位贴敷合艾灸进行治疗,观察对患者的护理作用。方法随机选取医院2019年7月—2021年2月收治的120例癌性胸腹水患者,分为观察组60例和对照组60例,对照组使用逐水散穴位贴敷合艾灸治疗,观察组在此基础上使用中医情志护理措施,对比两组的治疗有效率以及护理满意度。结果 (1)就两组患者的护理满意度对比来看,观察组的总满意度为86.67%(52/60),对照组总满意度为53.33%(32/60),可直观看出,观察组的总满意度显著高于对照组的总满意度(P<0.05);(2)对比两组患者的治疗有效率,观察组的总有效率为80.00%(48/60),对照组的总有效率为51.67%(31/60),可直观看出,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组治疗总有效率(P<0.05)。结论通过对癌性胸腹水患者采取中医情志护理用于逐水散穴位贴敷合艾灸进行治疗,可以明显提高患者的治疗有效率和护理满意度,可以缓解患者的症状,具有推广价值。Objective To observe the nursing effect on patients with Cancerous Pleural Effusion and ascites by TCM emotional nursing for Zhushui powder acupoint application combined with moxibustion. Methods 120 patients with Cancerous Pleural Effusion and ascites in our hospital from July 2019 to February 2021 were randomly selected and divided into observation group(n=60) and control group(n=60). The latter group was treated with Zhushui powder acupoint application combined with moxibustion, while the former group was treated with emotional nursing measures of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the latter. The effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results(1)comparing the nursing satisfaction of the two groups,the total satisfaction of the observation group was 86. 67%(52/60),and that of the control group was 53. 33%(32/60). It can be seen that the total satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 05).(2)The total effective rate of the observation group was 80. 00%(48/60),and that of the control group was 51. 67%(31/60). It can be seen that the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion TCM emotional nursing for patients with Cancerous Pleural Effusion and ascites can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and nursing satisfaction of patients,alleviate the symptoms of patients,and has promotion value.
