耳部刮痧联合耳穴压豆对肝阳上亢型眩晕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨耳部刮痧联合耳穴压豆对治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕患者的效果。方法 2018年3月—2021年3月在河南中医药大学第一附属医院急诊科进行诊治的60例肝阳上亢型眩晕患者作为研究对象,用抽签方式随机分成观察组与对照组,每组各30例患者。对照组患者实施耳穴压豆疗法和急诊科护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施耳部刮痧,对比两组患者的治疗效果以及护理满意度。结果治疗后,观察组患者的治疗效果好于对照组患者的治疗效果,存在统计学意义(P<0.05);护理满意度观察组高于对照组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳部刮痧联合耳穴压豆对肝阳上亢型眩晕患者的疗效较好,操作比较简单,不仅能够改善治疗效果,还能提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of auricular scraping combined with auricular point pressing beans on vertigo patients with hyperactivity of liver yang.Methods From March 2018 to March 2021, 60 patients with hyperactive liver-yang type vertigo who were diagnosed and treated in the emergency department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were the subjects of this study. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group by lottery., 30 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given ear-point pressing therapy and nursing in the emergency department, and patients in the observation group were given ear scraping on the basis of the control group. The treatment effects and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction observation group was higher than that of the control group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Auricular scraping combined with auricular point pressing beans has a good curative effect on vertigo patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang, and the operation is relatively simple, which can not only improve the treatment effect, but also improve nursing satisfaction.
