活血益肾汤治疗血瘀质慢性肾衰竭的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析活血益肾汤治疗血瘀质慢性肾衰竭的临床效果与价值。方法按照纳入排除标准选取2018年5月—2020年5月医院收治的血瘀质慢性肾衰竭患者70例,按照入院治疗先后顺序完成分组,35例作为对照组接受常规西药治疗,剩余35例则作为实验组在常规西药治疗基础上采用活血益肾汤进行治疗,对比两组患者的生化指标(包括D-二聚体、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、血肌酐、内生肌酐清除率等)、血瘀质评分、中医证候积分、治疗不良反应发生率。结果在不同药物治疗方案实施后,两组患者生化各项指标差异明显,实验组患者相关水平稳定改善,同时血瘀质评分及中医证候积分明显降低,相关对比对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对血瘀质慢性肾衰竭患者治疗过程中,在中医视角下进行辨证分析,采用活血益肾汤施治治疗能够有效改善患者各项生化水平,同时改善血瘀质情况,帮助缓解疾病,同时在药物使用后,患者中医证候积分明显降低且不良反应未增加,药物使用安全性较高,临床效果较好,具有推广使用的价值。Objective To study the clinical effect and value of Huoxue Yishen Decoction(活血益肾汤)in the treatment of chronic renal failure of blood stasis.Methods From May 2018 to May 2020,70 patients with chronic renal failure of blood stasis were selected according to the exclusion criteria.According to the order of admission,35 patients were treated with routine western medicine,while the remaining 35 patients were treated with Huoxue Yishen Decoction on the basis of routine western medicine.The biochemical indexes(including D-dimer,total cholesterol,triglyceride,serum creatinine,endogenous creatinine clearance rate,etc.),blood stasis score,TCM syndrome score and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of different drug treatment schemes,the biochemical indexes of the two groups were significantly different.The correlation level of the experimental group was improved steadily,and the blood stasis score and the score after TCM syndrome were significantly decreased.There was no significant difference in the number of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with blood stasis syndrome of chronic renal failure,syndrome differentiation analysis was carried out from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine.The treatment with Huoxue Yishen Decoction can effectively improve the biochemical level of patients and the condition of blood stasis and help to alleviate the disease.At the same time,after the use of drugs,the score of patients after syndrome is significantly reduced and the adverse reactions are not increased.Huoxue Yishen Decoction has high safety and good clinical effect,and has the value of popularization and use.
